Who is Nicole
Born in Congo into a family of pastry makers, Nicole’s passion for baking began long before she could even reach the kitchen counter. After years of honing her craft in France, she now brings her dream to life in Chicago through Les Délices de Nic — a blend of African heart, French finesse, and American spirit.
